Payment Terms
• Booking deposit fee: AED 1,500 per person, non-refundable upon booking confirmation
• Full balance payment including extras: 45 days before departure or with visa submission, whichever comes first
Cancellation Policy
• Once confirmed, booking fee of AED 1,500 is non-refundable
• 60 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the holiday amount is non-refundable
• 44 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the holiday cost is non-refundable
• Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted
• In case of flight cancellation, a full refund or credit will be offered; if the client cancels, the standard cancellation policy applies

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel period
• It is the client’s responsibility to check passport requirements
• Missed or delayed flights may cause itinerary changes at the client’s expense
