What Malaysia Digital Arrival Card — MDAC
When Complete Within the Required 3-Day Window Before Arrival
Important MDAC Is Separate From Your Visa or eVISA
Visa-free travellers may still have arrival requirements.

Not needing a tourist visa does not automatically remove the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card or other immigration entry requirements applicable to your journey.

Health Requirement

Yellow Fever Certification Applies to Certain Travellers

Malaysia requires a yellow fever vaccination certificate from travellers arriving from countries where there is a risk of yellow fever transmission, subject to the current health rules.

Check your recent travel history.

The requirement is based on your travel route and recent presence in a yellow-fever-risk country, not simply on whether you live in the UAE.
