Not needing a tourist visa does not automatically remove the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card or other immigration entry requirements applicable to your journey.
Malaysia requires a yellow fever vaccination certificate from travellers arriving from countries where there is a risk of yellow fever transmission, subject to the current health rules.
The requirement is based on your travel route and recent presence in a yellow-fever-risk country, not simply on whether you live in the UAE.

Dubai currently requires company partner visa holders to provide a complete copy of the valid UAE trade licence. The standard salary certificate and sponsor NOC are not listed as applicable to company partner visa holders.
